Wheel Loader Operator for Paper Industry – Staffing Assignment

We are looking for an experienced and meticulous wheel loader operator for work in the paper industry. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of paper rolls and waste in a production environment where order and work discipline are crucial. You will be part of a team that values work environment, quality, and good communication.

Job Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading paper rolls at production sites and terminals.
• Cutting and further handling of rolls to be processed and pressed into bales.
• Crushing and sorting paper waste and pressing it into transport-ready bales.
• Handling combustible materials and preparing for further transport around the world.
• Collaboration with production and logistics to ensure flow and quality.

Qualifications

• As this is a part-time assignment, you must have another occupation of at least 50% - such as studies or another job. 
• Experience operating wheel loaders in an industrial environment.
• Good habits in working systematically and following safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a team and take personal responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Wheel loader certification for cargo handling
• Driving license B  
• Chainsaw certification is highly meritorious.
• Basic knowledge of reporting and communication in Swedish.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 7 AM to 4 PM. You will work 2-3 days a week. There is a possibility for full-time work during certain periods.
